DEEEEADLY SINNEEEEEEEERS
Another one of the few power/speed metal bands I can tolerate. Music-wise, they sound like Maiden. Unlike Maiden, I find this band tolerable.
Plus they sing about pirates, which is manly.
Just about pirates or they got one song?
They have four or five songs on Advance and Vanquish dedicated to telling a story of a pirate looking for treasure.
I think I shall check em out then...
I would advise doing so, the album is cheesy power metal goodness ('tis not often you hear "cheesy power metal" and "goodness" go in the same sentence
).
I appreciate this band! Also, they are Canadian. That automatically makes them even cooler!
Butt already knows my opinions on 3IOB, so I won't restate them here, so late on this thread. But hey, Shadow, Canada and YOU got the death metal likes of once-mighty Cryptopsy or Kataklysm or a bunch of other very cool, very under-rated, speed/thrash metal acts be proud of, instead. If I were Canadian, I'd banish 3IOB from the country's shores, for good. HAHAHA
Love them.. we used to drink beer while listening to their music with my friends back in the day.
They're really good and enjoyable!
