Speed Metal, Traditional Metal, Glam Metal (Not glam rock), and the non-extreme varieties of Doom Metal go here.

Power Metal, Progressive Metal, and Folk Metal go here. Non-extreme offshoots and blendings of said genres go here also.

Other metal genres, like Metalcore, Deathcore, Mathcore, and Industrial/Electronic Metal go here. Any band that does not fit into the above forums goes here as well.
